Few years back we saw the main problem faced by the students, the sylabus, the mentorship was out dated.
Like every software or application as you know it, it required a upgrade in order to sustain, to bring change, to innovate. The topics discussed in the school were way behind than what is going on presently. Although, there were few a areas in which we could contribute to students, one of which was in coaching. Although the technical revelation in this past decade is really high than any of the decades. The main concept was the Coding languages, which were the base of development. Without the proper knowledge of how to use them? which language to use? which to specialise in? the most useful one? giving examples of what is going on & how can you create the same? To let the students know, that it is possible to achieve what they want, create what they imagine.
Nothing can stop you now from creating. After Covid-19, There was a decline in employment, pople loosing jobs at a faster rate than covid was spreading! it was a moment of turmoil for families all over the world. It was a head scratcher situation, the people who had jobs were finding it hard to keep it & we had students who were going to get degrees and go in search for jobs. How could we sit idle thinking our students were going to remain jobless for months to come? It felt as if our hands were tied.
So, as soon as the curfew was lifted and companies started to reopen, we contacted good & established companies, companies that came with intention of innovation, companies with a new concept, covid start-ups companies and joined hands with best of them. Once our students get his/her degree handed they will always have a company that will provide them good jobs, internship, company experience which will benefit their future.
